Why people switch from Imgur
Old links that still work
Imgur began removing old content that isn't tied to an account in 2023, breaking images in old forum posts. ImgShareHub keeps images that are still being viewed.
Made for sharing, not a feed
Upload, copy the format you need, done. There's no social feed to scroll through and no account to create.
Forum-ready by default
Every upload gives you BBCode that links back to the full image, plus a plugin forum owners can add in one line.
Control over how long images last
Keep images, or set them to delete themselves after an hour, a day, a week or longer.
When Imgur may suit you better
- You want your images in a public community gallery with comments and votes.
- You need originals at full resolution: ImgShareHub stores images as WebP, resized to at most 2048 pixels.
